Mixed Metals :: Gold and Silver
I used to think that gold and silver (especially bright silver) would be mutually exclusive. Mixing the two metals together went against conventional fashion sense. In fact, one hardly sees both applied in the same piece of work, although this began to change in recent times.

Inspiration found
You know the thrill in your heart when you see a piece that excites you, much like the archaeologist who stumbles upon a 100th century old treasure. Here are my finds for the week:
